Why Polished Laminated Wood Covering Must Be Preferres ? |

1- However the natural wood is dried perfectly for a long time, if it is not laminated it is certain that it will react and turn. Because wood is natural and alive. Therefore it is very difficult to keep and preserve the solid wood without being laminated. We produce our wood parquet as floor covering with the latest technology supported by computers. It is also our principle to produce it by using a special type of glue which is P.V.C. based by sticking in the form of two layers under hot pressure. This is called lamination. The laminated wood parquet never moves, turns but it keeps the original form as it is on its first day. Never shows a different apperance form its original form.
2- It is essential that the wood parquet must be polished in order to protect it from exterior factors and also to obtain a more beautiful apperance. In the building construction technology it has always been a problem to decide which one should be done first; painting or floor covering ? Either the paint on the wall or the polish on the parquet has been damaged. On the other hand, wooden parquet which is used for covering the floor without being polished has always been a problem because it is very difficult to sand the floor with the sanding machine after the floor is covered with the unpolished wood and we can never get the desired quality of it.
Wooden laminated parquets are sanded with a very special technique and they are polished with special silky varnish which is water proof and having P.A. UV. For all these technical reasons, in our time, it is very important and necessary to use laminated, polished and ready to use with every aspect parquets for floor covering. It gives confort and quickness to the work. It also enables to cover the floor without any damage, any dust and dirty and also any bad smell.
3- Laminated wooden parquet is the strongest floor covering against the bottom heating.

Dempar wood-laminated parquet have 6 layers UV polish on the top layer. UV polish is totaly suitable for the environment and it does not contain any chemical that can harm environmental health. Polishing process contains 4 layers sealer and 2 layers varnish stages. When it is necessary, it can be calibrated many times, and it has a feature of easy cleaning. |

How is The Gluing Process ? |

The glue that we use between bottom and top layer is a very special glue we import from Europe. It is a water-based glue. On order to raise our parquets resistance graphics to highest rate, we measure the resistance of the glue under different conditions.

How Do We Select The Prima, Natural and Standart Selection ? |

Prima
; This production is composed of lamels that have the
same colours tone. Prima has a uniform colour.
Natural ; Natural production is more economical in
comparison to prima. Lamels have sgiht differences in
colour tones, and may include some small knots on the
surface. As it can be understood from its name, it is
very popular and preferred product because it shows
the natural beauty of the wood.
Standart ; This production is made from the part of
the timber that is close to sub-wood. In this product
the color tones between the lamels can be very different
and the diameters of knots are wider than natural products.
This production is the most economical type.
